"Feels like they don’t really want international buyers"
The site itself looks fine, no big complaints there, but the availability outside my country is weirdly limited. I tried to get the item I wanted shipped here and suddenly it was like hitting a wall. Maybe it’s just logistics, but it kind of feels like international customers are quietly being filtered out or something. Disappointing overall

When I got the design back, my first thought was that it was mostly what I had in mind. It definitely had the general look I expected, but as I looked closer, a few details felt a little off. The colors didn’t match perfectly, and some of the spacing seemed slightly different from the original. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, but I do think a bit more attention to matching the details would have made it better.

I checked out thegoalz.com hoping to find a decent range of options, but the selection felt limited. A few categories either looked empty or only had a handful of items, which made it hard to compare products or feel confident about buying anything. The prices might be fine, but that doesn’t help much if there isn’t enough to choose from. I think the site needs to be more upfront about what’s actually available and do a better job keeping categories stocked and updated.

"Support took way too long to get..."
Support took way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, it wasn’t very helpful. I had to follow up twice just to get any movement, which got frustrating. If you’re hoping for quick help, save your time and be prepared to wait.

"Too pricey for what they’re offering"
I gave The Goalz a try for a little while, i kind of blame them for setting the price so high when the actual features feel basic. Some parts were helpful, sure, and the site worked fine enough, but I kept expecting more for what I was paying. It just didn’t feel like a great deal to me. Maybe it works better for other people, but unless they lower the price or add more useful tools, I wouldn’t sign up again.

"Easy, quick payment"

"Account settings don’t really live up to the promise"
Logging in works fine enough, but changing anything in the account settings feels slower and clunkier than it should. They make it sound like managing your account is quick and simple, but in reality there’s a noticeable lag and it gets kind of frustrating.

I’ve ordered from thegoalz.com twice now, and both times the delivery showed up right when they said it would. The tracking updated normally too, which I always appreciate. One of the boxes came a little dented, but everything inside was fine. Weirdly, I remember the delivery guy was wearing bright orange socks the second time, which made me laugh. Overall, happy with the experience.

I ordered from thegoalz.com i’m not really convinced the item I got is authentic. The packaging looked kinda sus, and the quality just didn’t hit like I expected it to.

I compared it with one I already own, and there were a bunch of little details that didn’t match up. Maybe some folks wouldn’t notice, but yeah, I definitely did.
I tried reaching out, but the replies weren’t much help at all. At this point, I wouldn’t buy from them again, just not worth the risk, imo.

I did end up getting charged the right amount, so that part was all good. The invoice just looked a little confusing at first 😅 Support explained it and cleared things up, but I do wish the billing details were easier to understand from the start.

I wasn’t really expecting much beyond the usual ordering process, and I kept an eye on the tracking here and there just to see where things were. It updated fine and didn’t give me any trouble. In the end, my thegoalz.com order actually showed up faster than I thought it would, so no complaints from me
